Job summary

SPLENDORA INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to plan and provide services for students with speech, voice, or language disorders within the Special Services Department. You will assess students, conduct therapy, and support IEP goals across multiple classrooms in a school setting.

Responsibilities include collaborating with teachers, ARD participation, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Valid license as a speech-language pathologist by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) or Bachelor's degree and valid Texas Education Agency speech therapy certificate.
• One year supervised clinical speech-language pathology experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent evaluations and provide individual and group therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Develop clinical management strategies and diagnostic statements.
• Participate in ARD committee and interpret assessment data for placement and goals.
