Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a MA Teaching License for Special Education (Grades 5-8) and be Highly Qualified in subject areas, with strong ability to differentiate instruction and collaborate with teams to support student success.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Dept. of Education license for Grades 5-8 in Special Education; Highly Qualified status in subject areas.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and meet diverse learner needs.
• Experience with MTSS, RTI, PBIS frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Liaison for students on caseload.
• Develop and implement IEPs, progress reports, and evaluations.
• Schedule and coordinate students with diverse needs.
• Collaborate with content teachers and specialists.
• Analyze assessment data to inform instruction.
• Engage families and communicate progress regularly.
