Job summary

NWACC is seeking a dedicated Special Events Coordinator to manage facility use and events at the Washington County campus. You will handle scheduling, logistics, contracts, and customer communications while partnering with Marketing and campus teams to ensure smooth event delivery.

Evening or weekend work and occasional travel to Bentonville may be required. The role emphasizes strong communication, policy interpretation, and on-site event support across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating internal and external events.
• Ability to interpret policies and respond professionally to inquiries.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to plan and prioritize work independently.
• Experience coordinating logistics with IT, AV, and campus services.

Responsibilities

• Schedule internal and external facility use at the Washington County location
• Coordinate event logistics and communicate IT/AV needs
• Prepare event contracts and draft customer communications
• Provide responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Attend events to ensure successful execution and support on-site operations
