Responsibilities

• Ensure students identified with a disability receive equal learning opportunities.
• Work closely with classroom teachers to meet IEP goals and provisions.
• Plan and deliver instruction in classroom or intervention settings, 1-on-1 or small groups.
• Assign time per IEP specified services and learning goals.
• Develop behavior plans and monitor progress toward goals.
• Prepare and update IEPs, ETRs and related compliance documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update Special Education files and required EMIS reporting.
• Facilitate IEP/ETR team meetings and ensure proper signatures and confidentiality.
