You will bring a proven supervisory track record in high-volume settings, strong communications, and expertise in menu implementation with stunning presentation ideas. Culinary degree strongly preferred; catering experience a plus as we serve diverse contract dining accounts.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a supervisory role or as a sous chef with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing high-volume kitchens in multi-outlet environments.
• Strong focus on food quality, service, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food and presentation across outlets.
