Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loading and delivery of materials for safe, cost-effective deliveries.
• Review shipping schedules, fabrication status, and jobsite delivery dates to prioritize loads.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, bills of lading, packing lists and related paperwork.
• Verify shipments match project details and delivery destination.
• Monitor deliveries and communicate delays or issues to the team.
• Assist in production coordination including packaging mill certs.
• Ensure vehicle licensing, safety and maintenance compliance.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding deliveries.
