Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to give and take direction and adapt to scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with fast, friendly service.
• Lead, train and mentor team members during shifts.
• Ensure food safety standards and brand procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with managers and travel to other Wendy’s locations as needed.
• Operate headset and restaurant equipment following standards.
• Stand and move, and lift up to 25-50 lbs as required.
