LockNet LLC is hiring a Service Project Coordinator to manage customer accounts from quotes to delivery. You will schedule installs, coordinate with production and shipping, and resolve technical and billing issues in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and ownership of projects, with opportunities to work across departments and with field technicians on security hardware solutions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Scheduling, coordination, or construction/locks exposure is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multiple platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to interpret regulatory codes and blueprints.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts end-to-end, including quotes and orders.
• Schedule installs and resolve technical and billing issues.
• Provide survey instructions to field technicians and prepare customer quotes.
• Input orders via phone and email, checking pricing and shipping dates.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and warehouse to prevent delays.
• Track project progress and deliver status updates to customers.
• Collaborate with onsite technicians to meet scope and budget.
• Research hardware needs and ensure on-time delivery and installation.
• Compile reports and statistics for management.
