Job summary

Southern Home Services is seeking a dynamic Dispatcher to join our team in a residential HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical context. You will coordinate service requests, schedules and communications between customers, technicians and management.

The position offers a Wednesday–Sunday, 2pm–11pm schedule with a pay rate of $20–$25 per hour. A minimum of 1 year in administrative or customer service work and skills in Microsoft Office are required; Service Titan is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year administrative or customer service experience in an office setting is required.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office is a required.
• Service Titan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional & friendly manner
• Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons & management
• Schedule service and routine maintenance appointments
• Maintain & update customer records based on interactions
• Process invoice payments
• Provide information about products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns
• Develop & maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products & services
• Participate in in-house training on products & services needed by our customers & office software
• Additional duties as assigned.
