Job summary

Triple J in Tamuning, GU is seeking a Service Coordinator for our Commercial Tire Center to connect customers, sales staff, and tire technicians. You will coordinate service requests, schedule appointments, prepare quotes and repair orders, and help ensure timely invoicing while maintaining accurate records in the POS system.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a patient, friendly approach with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year office administration experience is preferred.
• Minimum of one year’s sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial service requests from start to finish; schedule appointments and dispatch technicians.
• Prepare quotes and repair orders using pricing and procedures; follow up on open quotes.
• Support commercial accounts and front-counter customers by identifying needs and recommending products and services.
• Handle calls, answer inquiries, and maintain accurate call logs and messages.
• Confirm completed work, collect field tickets, and follow up on missing details.
• Create and finalize invoices; keep records current in the POS system.
• Follow up with customers after service and share feedback for improvement.
