Qualifications

• 4 years of automotive apprenticeship experience preferred.
• Advanced certifications or manufacturer training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot all major vehicle systems, including hybrid and electric vehicles.
• Mentor other technicians and provide expert advice to service advisors.
• Explain technical issues to customers in plain language.
• Maintain dealership records reflecting work performed accurately.
• Test functionality of parts and systems.
• Lead teams and supervise lower-level technicians as needed.
