Qualifications

• Experience with a DMS or service software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving concerns, and sell additional services when appropriate
• Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner
• Answer customer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the callers inquiry
• Review all completed work and recommendations and collect payments from customer
• Proficient knowledge in Dealer Management System (DMS) and any other essential software programs to look up customers service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information, and manage information
• Provide excellent service and review the customer satisfaction survey to each customer
