Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and take accurate food orders.
• Monitor food distribution and present checks to guests.
• Ensure station cleanliness before, during and after shifts.
• Comply with state, federal and liquor regulations.
• Be familiar with menu items, preparation and service procedures.
• Totals checks and accept payment; assist with bussing tables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
