Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older

Responsibilities

• Make guests feel appreciated and welcome through your actions.
• Cultivate regulars by seeking meaningful connections with guests.
• Serve guests with a positive attitude and convey passion for beer and food.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and allergies, and communicate Level99 experience.
• Review tasks to keep the floor clean and ready for service.
• Run food, bus tables, and contribute to the beer hall experience.
• Process transactions with the POS system accurately and efficiently.
