KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot in Strongsville, OH is seeking a friendly Server to join a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will greet guests, explain the menu, take accurate orders, and help ensure a smooth dining experience with a positive, high-energy attitude.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year restaurant experience, familiarity with POS systems, and a passion for world-class service. Must be able to stand long shifts, handle grills, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a lively environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant experience.
• Valid State-Mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification.
• Comfortable working around grills and hot cooking surfaces.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests promptly and warmly.
• Answer guest questions regarding the menu and KPOT brand.
• Provide accurate information regarding menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
• Listen to guests to ensure correct orders.
• Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Clean and organize the front-of-house server station.
• Monitor table turnover and table status.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing quality service.
• Inform management of special requests or guest concerns.
• Communicate with kitchen staff regarding allergy orders.
• Maintain a positive, energetic hospitality-focused attitude.
• Balance bar and dining room orders.
