KPOT is hiring a Server to join a fast-paced, guest-centric dining team. You will greet guests, take accurate orders, and provide menu guidance while maintaining a clean dining area and a positive energy.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask between dining room and bar areas. Ideal candidates have 1+ year restaurant experience, are comfortable around grills and hot surfaces, and hold a state alcohol handler certification where required.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests promptly and warmly.
• Answer questions about menu and KPOT brand.
• Provide accurate information on menu, pricing, hours, and promotions.
• Take correct orders by listening attentively.
• Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized front-of-house station.
• Monitor table turnover and cleanliness.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with proactive service.
• Relay allergies and special requests to kitchen/management.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management as a team.
