Target is seeking a Security Specialist to provide a safe shopping environment while delivering excellent guest service. You will greet guests, assist with needs, and help resolve issues to ensure a smooth experience.

The role involves crisis response, incident documentation, and collaboration with store teams. Previous security or loss-prevention experience is helpful; flexible availability is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanning tech.
• Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with teamwork and flexibility.
• Capable of managing workload and prioritizing tasks independently.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak shopping times.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Assist peers and maintain a positive, respectful attitude across shifts.
• Prevent theft and manage security incidents with de-escalation as needed.
• Document incidents accurately in the case management system.
