Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, friendly guest experience by greeting guests and helping them find what they need.
• Document security incidents promptly in the case management system.
• Respond to security incidents and de-escalate when necessary across the store.
• Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and assist with loss prevention efforts.
• Maintain store security and safety through observation and policy adherence.
• Support teammates and adapt to changing business needs.
