Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license required per policy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening as condition of employment.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, issue visitor badges, and maintain logs.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian access to the facility and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and facility perimeter to deter incidents.
