Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous and engaging grade-level content to 3-5 classes daily, using DSST curriculum.
• Track and support student growth with diverse assessment tools to guide instruction.
• Promote a positive classroom culture that validates students’ identities and fosters inclusion.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with students and families.
• Pursue ongoing professional development focusing on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
• Contribute to school community through additional duties like tutoring or advisory roles.
