Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Colorado teaching credential is preferred but not required for most opportunities.
• Ideal: Commitment to serving students of color, students with disabilities, and multilingual students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous, grade-level content to 3-5 classes daily.
• Adapt instruction to meet diverse learners' needs.
• Collaborate with Special Services and English Language Development teams.
• Monitor student growth with assessments and data.
• Foster a positive classroom culture and engage families.
• Pursue ongoing professional development in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
• Support recruitment and after-school activities as needed.
