Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dynamic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or SLPA to support students in a California school setting for the upcoming academic year. Both full-time and part-time arrangements are available to fit your schedule.

The role requires CA licensure (CCC preferred for SLPs) or eligibility, effective collaboration with school teams, and strong documentation skills to document progress and IEPs. Compensation ranges from $47.53 to $67.53 per hour, with benefits and thoughtful setup.

Qualifications

• Valid California licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required for SLPs) or eligibility for licensure.
• Recent experience in a school setting is highly valued.
• Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with educational teams, families, and students.
• SLPAs will be considered; must have appropriate credentials and experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students referred for speech/language concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs.
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services according to IEPs.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of sessions, progress reports, and IEP paperwork.
• Work flexibly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting.
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that empowers students in their communication skills.
