Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support preschool through middle school in the San Juan Capistrano area on a full-time contract covering three leaves of absence. On-site collaboration with teachers and staff, serving about 55 students.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, valid California SLP license, and prior experience in school settings. Compensation ranges from $47.53 to $67.53 per hour, with healthcare, housing, and meals/incidentals available.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering speech-language therapy in school settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Managing a caseload of approximately 55 students.
• Developing and implementing IEPs.
• Documenting progress and compliance with district/state regulations.
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families.
• Providing direct therapy and consultation across multiple school levels.
