Genuine Foods is seeking a Site Lead to manage operations at Jal school sites, executing daily menus and leading cooks and prep staff. You will oversee prep, service, and administration for meals, ensuring quality and compliance with school schedules.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in fast-paced food service supervision, a passion for student well-being, and a customer-focused approach in a school environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of food service supervisory experience or training in a high-volume facility.
• Creative problem-solver with passion and fresh ideas.
• Well organized, dependable and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily breakfast, snack and/or lunch preparation and service.
• Ensure meals follow daily menu and recipe standards.
• Maintain on-time service per school schedule.
• Supervise food service staff and ensure procedures are followed.
• Maintain NSLP production records and inventory controls.
• Monitor food safety, rotation and waste management.
• Interact warmly with students, teachers and parents.
