Lead cooks and prep staff, oversee daily prep, inventory, and service, and maintain a positive, fast-paced environment with strong customer service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory food service experience in a school or high-volume setting, with reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of food or customer service supervisor experience in a mid-high volume facility or school setting.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily preparation and service for breakfast, snack, and/or lunch.
• Executes meals per daily menu and recipe standards.
• Maintains on-time service aligned with school schedule.
• Manages food service staff and ensures adherence to procedures and customer service standards.
• Maintains NSLP production records and tracks meal components.
