The position requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, MD licensure, and ASHA CCC-SLP. Eligible for benefits and professional growth within a therapist-owned team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• MD state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA (CF pathway acceptable).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of insurance billing and documentation is a plus.
• Commitment to culturally competent, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve articulation, fluency, and language.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school teams to support classroom participation.
• Monitor progress, update treatment plans, and document sessions.
• Educate parents, teachers, and staff on strategies to carry over skills.
• Maintain records, progress reports, and billing documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and school-based professional development.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
