Job summary

The Learning Experience #354 is seeking a passionate School Age Program Leader to plan and oversee engaging activities for school-age children in a safe, structured environment. You will support academic, social, and emotional development before and after school, as well as during school breaks, while leading a team of staff.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
• Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (required)

Responsibilities

• Plan engaging activities including homework support, STEM, creative arts, physical activities, and social development
• Develop and implement a structured daily schedule for before-school, after-school, and school break programs
• Lead and support assistant teachers or aides within the program
• Communicate effectively with staff, management, and families
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and center events
