Job summary

AlphaBEST Education is seeking a Group Leader Assistant to support after-school programs. You will assist with daily curriculum activities across World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts, while encouraging positive peer interactions.

The role prioritizes child safety and maintaining an organized, inclusive environment for children. You will collaborate with teammates, families, and school staff to create engaging, safe learning experiences and help kids grow with supportive guidance each

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions.
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.
