Job summary

Trinity Health Corp. is seeking a part-time Service Representative to support scheduling, insurance verification, and front-desk software operations. This role requires excellent telephone customer service and the ability to learn new scheduling systems quickly.

• INSURANCE VERIFICATION - Verifies eligibility to maximize reimbursement and correct payments.
• COMPUTER APPLICATIONS - Proficient in clinical, registration and scheduling software systems.
• Learns new systems as required.
• TELEPHONE UTILIZATION - Manages a high volume of calls with strong customer service skills.

Essential Job Duties:

• SCHEDULING - Monitors physicians' schedules daily for optimal physician schedule
• INSURANCE VERIFICATION - Utilizes insurance verification procedures to ensure maximum reimbursement and correct payment.
• COMPUTER APPLICATIONS - Proficient in clinical, registration and scheduling software systems.
• d.) Learns new systems as required.
• TELEPHONE UTILIZATION - Efficiently and effectively manage a high volume of telephone calls to the service area.
• a.) Answers calls using telephone customer service skills and maintains 95% for customer telephone skills Shift Days Monday- Friday

Position Requirements:

• Required: Associates Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education
• Minimum of 3 years of previous job-related experience
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Service Rep, highly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years training in general administrative, business, healthcare, or related field

Pay Range: $21.12 - $25.53 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
