Job summary

Disguise, a division of JAKKS Pacific, Poway, CA, is seeking a Samples Coordinator to support the samples manager and ensure timely fulfillment for sales reps and accounts.

You will prepare samples per instructions, perform QC checks, manage inventory of supplies, and keep the warehouse organized while coordinating transfers between departments. Strong communication and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and implement retailer QC requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to coordinate between departments.
• Flexibility with workload and tasks.
• Capable of working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with urgent requests.
• Basic computer literacy and note-taking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the samples manager with transferring goods for sample requests to sales reps and accounts.
• Prepare samples per requester instructions including QC, ironing/steaming, hanging, bagging, and packing.
• Maintain and organize inventory of work order supplies and packaging materials.
• Monitor sample requests and ensure timely delivery to stakeholders.
• Keep warehouse organized by rotating and updating the latest samples.
