Diamond Braces is seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to turn consultations into treatment decisions in a fast-paced, people-facing environment.

You will own the room, guide patient consultations, present pricing confidently, overcome objections, and collaborate with doctors to ensure a seamless experience. This role emphasizes revenue generation and leadership growth within a supportive team.

• Bilingual in English and Russian.

What This Role Really Is

This is a high-energy, sales-driven role with operational responsibilities— not a traditional front desk position.

You’llbe the first impression and the closer, guiding patients through their consultation while keeping theoffice vibevibrant and smooth.You’lluse your personality, confidence, and natural communication skills to:

• Build Trust Instantly: Read the room, connect with diverse personalities, and practice active listening to understand exactly what the patient needs.
• Navigate Objections with Grace: Use your emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills to turn hesitation into enthusiasm.
• Articulate Value: Clearly and confidently explain pricing, overcoming the fear of "talking money."
• Close the Deal: Help patients make a confident decision to move forward with treatment.

What to Expect Day-to-Day

This role is primarily focused on patient consultations and sales, but it also requires excellenttime managementandcollaborationto keep the front desk and office flow running seamlessly.

What You'll Do:

Drive the Consultation: Lead consultations and explain treatment benefits clearly, tailoring your approach to each unique patient.

Present Pricing Confidently: Present financial and payment options with transparency and conviction.

Overcome Hurdles: Handle objections with resilience and empathy, helping patients feel comfortable saying YES.

Manage the Flow: Maintainorganized scheduling, showing agility when the day getsfast-paced.

Partner for Success: Practice excellent teamwork , collaborating closely with doctors and clinical staff to deliver a seamless experience.
