Texas Car Title & Payday Loan Services, Inc. is hiring for a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you’ll engage with clients, ask questions, overcome objections, and guide them through financial conversations.

You will be part of a fast-paced team that values coaching and feedback to help you grow. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, learn our solutions, and aim to close deals while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers directly to understand needs and guide decisions.
• Handle inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and move conversations toward decisions.
• Articulate financial solutions and respond to objections with confidence.

Job Scope

This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.

You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money.

This role requires someone who is comfortable:

• handling hesitation or rejection
• making outbound calls
• staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times

Preferred Experience

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
