HireQuest Direct is seeking a highly motivated Sales/Marketing Representative to generate new business opportunities and manage client relationships in a fast-paced staffing environment.

This full-time role involves market research, presenting services to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the recruiting team to meet staffing needs while contributing to company growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in staffing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calling and networking.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to meet staffing needs.
• Collaborate with recruiting team to source and screen candidates.
• Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company.
• Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and results to management.
