Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service at the Palmdale store. You’ll greet customers, share product knowledge, and drive sales while keeping merchandise organized and the checkout area efficient.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new devices like cash registers and handheld/mobile devices.
• Good communicator with the ability to engage customers clearly and professionally.
• Able to handle customer interactions politely and resolve issues with courtesy.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to understand needs and guide customers.
• On-the-job training will teach procedures and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously.
