Job summary

Five Below is seeking energetic part-time Sales Associates to be at the heart of the store action. You will deliver excellent customer service, help drive sales, and keep the floor well-stocked with merchandise.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and guide purchases with a friendly, efficient checkout experience. The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule with day/evening/weekend availability.
• Comfortable with technology such as cash registers, handheld and mobile devices.
• Good communicator with customers.
• Able to handle interactions politely and professionally.
• On-the-job training provides procedural knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and provide help across multiple customers.
• Understand needs by sharing product knowledge and offering recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives to turns returns into exchanges.
• Communicate restocking, service needs and feedback to management.
