Qualifications

• Licensed RN with 2+ years experience in clinical triage.
• Pediatric and acute care or inpatient experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Reliable access to personal transportation.
• Strong people skills and the ability to connect with anyone.
• Creative problem‑solving skills and impeccable organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex ideas into simple language.
• Hospitality mindset and track record of creating memorable experiences for others.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a self‑starter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Triage & Assessment: Evaluate acutely ill patients in-person or via phone, record vitals, update EMR.
• Patient Education: Teach patients how to manage chronic conditions and explain medications and lifestyle changes.
• Care Coordination: Review patient data, ensure routine check-ups and screenings, handle referrals.
• Clinic Procedures: Assist doctors with exams, perform phlebotomy, administer vaccines, and injections.
