Job summary

Galileo Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to own patient relationships and support a collaborative care plan within our Starbase, TX clinic. This in-office role supports Monday–Friday hours from 8am–4pm CT with occasional evenings.

You will triage patients, educate on chronic conditions, coordinate care, and assist with exams, phlebotomy, vaccinations, and injections, contributing to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with 2+ years clinical triage experience.
• Pediatric and acute care or inpatient experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Reliable access to personal transportation.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) is an integral part of our care team, owning patient relationships and quarter backing a collaborative care plan that drives meaningful impact in our patients’ lives. We’re looking for a teammate who is an innate people person, loves helping others, and has a knack for tenacious problem solving.

This is an in office role, supporting our clinic in Starbase, TX. Our clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm CT with occasional evenings until 8pm CT.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Triage & Assessment: Evaluate acutely ill patients in-person or via phone. Take vital signs, record health histories, and update Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Patient Education: Teach patients how to manage chronic conditions (like diabetes or high blood pressure). Explain medications, treatments, and lifestyle changes.
• Care Coordination: Review patient data to make sure routine check-ups, cancer screenings, and preventive tests are completed on time. Handle prior authorizations and coordinate referrals.
• Clinic Procedures: Assist doctors with exams and in-office procedures, perform phlebotomy, administer vaccines, and give injections.

• Licensed RN with 2+ years experience doing clinical triage
• Pediatric and acute care or inpatient experience preferred
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Compensation:

$39 per hour. This is a full‑time role and is eligible for benefits.
