Job summary

Galileo Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our in-person clinic team in Starbase, TX. You will own patient relationships, back up care plans, and support a collaborative care approach for diverse patients.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm CT, with occasional evenings until 8pm. You will triage patients, educate on chronic disease management, coordinate routine tests and referrals, and assist with exams and vaccines.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with 2+ years of clinical triage experience.
• Pediatric and acute care or inpatient experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Triage and assess acutely ill patients in-person or by phone; record vital signs and EMR updates.
• Educate patients on chronic condition management, medications, and lifestyle changes.
• Coordinate care: ensure routine check-ups, cancer screenings, referrals, and prior authorizations are handled.
• Assist physicians with exams, in-office procedures, phlebotomy, vaccines, and injections.
