Job summary

Health Marketing seeks a registered nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process in a fast-paced environment. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will supervise teammates, maintain patient safety, administer medications, document accurately, and communicate with patients, families, and staff to promote quality care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Texas RN license and Basic Life Support certification.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency.
• Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and nursing standards.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Supervise and coordinate with team members, ensuring age-appropriate and standards-compliant care.
• Create a safe, therapeutic environment, administer medications, and document patient information accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to foster collaboration and understanding.
• Take accountability for performance, ongoing professional growth, and quality improvement initiatives.
