• Team-player mindset with a patient-care focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care aligned with physician directives and clinical standards.
• Recognize patient needs quickly and prioritize care.
• Ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for.
• Offer clear, compassionate education to patients in person and over the phone.
• Answer questions and ease concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Follow all compliance guidelines including OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety at every step.
• Uphold clinical protocols and documentation standards.
• Safely lift, position, and transport patients on endoscopy stretchers.
• Assist with procedures and ensure smooth patient flow.
