DayToDay Health is hiring an Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative setting. You will assess patient conditions, perform procedures, monitor status, and document care with accuracy.

Join a multidisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans, advocate for patients, and coordinate with community and providers for ongoing care. CNA and nursing support are available as needed.

Qualifications

• RN license and nursing diploma required.
• BLS and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certifications within required timeframes.
• Strong communication, assessment, and collaborative skills.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and document care accurately.
• Respond proactively to patient needs, ensuring exceptional care.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Advocate for patients and facilitate ongoing care through community and provider communication.
