Job summary
Alliance Staffing Solutions LLC in Chicago, IL is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse specializing in MED/SURG, PACU, ED/ER and ICU care to join our dedicated healthcare team. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients, assess, treat, and educate, in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications
- Valid RN license with current registration in the state of Illinois or applicable jurisdiction.
- Minimum 2 years of MED/SURG, PACU, ED/ER or ICU experience within the last 5 years.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks).
- Experience with memory care or patients with disabilities is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs and health histories.
- Administer medications and injections following protocols.
- Document patient information accurately in EMR/EHR systems.
- Manage complex procedures with aseptic technique.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for discharge planning.
