Rush Specialty Hospital in Chicago, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shift (12-hour shifts). The role features a competitive hourly rate with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and night/weekend differentials, plus extensive professional development and education support.

Base pay is determined by experience, with a comprehensive package including health benefits, 401(k), and PTO to support work-life balance.

Formación

• Valid State RN license required.
• BLS certification required at hire; ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Document timely and accurately using hospital systems.
• Interpret labs and telemetry data to support patient care.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed correctly.
• Respond to rapid responses and code events as needed.
• Educate and counsel patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $44.58 - $60.00 per hour

• shift differentials for night and/or weekend shifts

Base rate based on years of experience
