Job summary

ALLIANCE STAFFING SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in MED/SURG, PACU, ED/ER and ICU care to join our healthcare team in Milton, IL. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients, performing assessments, administering medications, and coordinating with the care team in a fast-paced environment.

Must have 2 years of applicable specialty experience within the last 5 years and EPIC experience.

Qualifications

Valid RN license with current registration in the relevant state.
2 years of Medical-Surgical/PACU/ED/ICU experience in last 5 years.
EPIC experience required.

Responsibilities

Perform patient assessments, vital signs, histories to inform care plans.
Administer medications and IV infusions per protocol.
Document in EMR systems (Epic/Cerner/Athenahealth/eClinicalWorks) ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Manage procedures including suturing, catheterization, and ventilator support.
Coordinate with physicians and care teams for discharge planning.
Conduct triage in urgent care or ER settings and provide age-specific care.
Deliver specialized care across pediatrics, geriatrics, memory care, hospice.
