Job summary

V Opco LLC is hiring a Store Manager for our Rosemont, IL location. You will oversee daily store operations, lead a team of associates, drive sales, manage expenses, and ensure exceptional customer service and visual standards.

Ideal candidates have at least three years in retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with POS and MS Office. This is a full-time on-site role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Three years of retail management experience.
• Proficient with retail POS, Word, Excel and email.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed productivity and sales plan expectations.
• Uphold profitability by managing payroll, supplies and shrinkage.
• Lead sales on the selling floor and coach staff for client development.
• Recruit, train, motivate and retain quality sales associates.
• Ensure visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
