Job summary

Citi Trends in Georgia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead a frontline team, and drive sales performance. You will partner with the Store Manager to hire, onboard, and develop store associates while maintaining excellent customer experiences.

This role requires a high school diploma, 2–4 years in retail leadership, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role
3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages

Responsibilities

Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer service standards.
Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
Assist with inventory control, transactions, and shrink prevention.
Ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies and standards.
Recruiting support: hiring, onboarding, and training for store staff.
Provide coaching and performance feedback to store associates.
