Job summary

Foot Locker in Savannah, GA is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support the Store Manager, drive sales, coach the team, and keep the store running strong.

You will lead with energy, ownership, and purpose, manage daily operations, coach associates, and leverage retail technology to enhance the customer experience.

This role requires 1+ year of retail experience and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with an energy-driven mindset and deliver strong customer interactions.
• Coach the team to provide great service and share product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Keep the store organized, customer ready, and running smoothly.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers and products.
• Provide leadership as Manager on Duty when scheduled and assist with hiring/training.
