Job summary

Five Below is hiring part-time Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced, energetic environment. You will keep shelves stocked, assist at the register, and help customers find the newest trends.

Ideal candidates are at least 16, comfortable with technology, and enthusiastic about teamwork. Flexible scheduling includes days, evenings and weekends; prior experience is not required but a willingness to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as cash registers and mobile devices.
• Strong communication and ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.
• Use basic information gathering to solve problems.
• Willing to learn procedures through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge.
• Engage in suggestive selling while staying informed on product availability.
