Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates to be at the heart of the action, delivering outstanding customer service while driving strong sales. You will keep merchandise organized, ensure the floor is well-stocked, and provide seamless checkout experiences at the register.

Ideal candidates are 16+ years old, flexible with scheduling, comfortable with technology, and good communicators who can handle customer interactions professionally.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology (cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• On-the-job training will teach procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: Approach and acknowledge customers immediately, providing assistance and handling multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs: Share product knowledge, answer questions, direct to merchandise, offer recommendations, and engage in suggestive selling.

• Communicate needs to management: Inform management about restocking, service requirements, and customer feedback.
