Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process freight.
• Assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise efficiently at checkout.
• Handle cash, checks and credit cards per policy.
• Obtain management approval for returns/voids.
• Maintain housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Provide customer service such as greeting and fitting room policies.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Assist store management with merchandising on the floor.
• Support loss prevention activities and report incidents.
